Vacation Bible School for all ages will meet each evening, June 3rd through 7th, from 6:00 to 8:30.  There are classes for ALL ages, from nursery through adults.  Activities each evening include stories, science gadgets, music, recreation and snacks.

For the kids the theme for the week is "Shipwrecked: Jesus Rescues"

There are also two classes for the adults that will be held from 6:30 to 8:00.  The classes are "Having the Heart of Jesus" and "Loneliness:Can Jesus Help?"  The adults are welcome to attend the opening and closing sessions begining at 6:00 and 8:00 respectively. Here are descriptions of the two adult classes:

Having the Heart of Jesus
What does the Bible say about our hearts? The clear testimony of the Bible is that the
condition of our hearts determines the direction of our lives. This class will help us recognize
an unhealthy heart, recognize the marks of a transformed heart, and give us several steps for
spiritual care of our hearts.

Loneliness: Can Jesus help?
Sometimes we can feel so alone, so separated, so isolated that we think no one understands. Is
there someone out there who can help me? Who is this Jesus people talk about? Have you
ever wondered if there is a God who can help even you? How can God and His Son, Jesus,
help push away this loneliness and isolation you feel? Could they be for you?
This class will help identify loneliness and the characteristics of lonely people, discuss causes
of loneliness, but mostly will give us ways to push away that loneliness. Maybe you can give
Jesus a chance!
